1948 Chevolet / American LaFrance Pumper, 500 gallon per minute pump, 300 gallon water tank. This was the very first fire truck purchased by the Enfield Volunteer Fire Company. It remained in service until November of 1985. The truck was later sold to a fire department in the state of Florida with plans to refurbish it as a parade ruck.
